Overview
Experience the perfect balance between adventure and wellness in the foothills of the Machhapuchhare (Mt. Fishtail) and Mardi Himalayas. A true trek-yoga-meditation-Himalayan-adventure.
The Yoga Trek in Nepal is a beautiful combination of mindful travel, Himalayan trekking, yoga and cultural discovery. The journey begins in Kathmandu, where you explore the historic city and its cultural heritage while joining one or two introductory yoga sessions. You then travel to Pokhara, Nepal’s peaceful lakeside city, for sightseeing, relaxation and another yoga class. These sessions help you learn simple breathing, stretching, relaxation and mindfulness techniques that can be practiced throughout the trek.
From Pokhara, the journey continues into the Mardi Himal region, where the mountains become your natural yoga studio. Each trekking day offers quiet moments to stop, breathe deeply, stretch the body, meditate or practice the techniques learned in Kathmandu and Pokhara. Surrounded by forests, Himalayan villages and spectacular views of Machapuchare (Fishtail), Annapurna South and the Annapurna range, the trek becomes more than a walk—it is an opportunity to reconnect with your body, mind and the Himalayan environment. The program can be adjusted to allow enough time for both trekking and personal yoga practice, making it suitable for those who want to experience Nepal at a slower, more meaningful pace.
