While trekking on the Everest Base Camp route, this famous and beautiful Lobuche East peak with (6119m/20073ft) is started to be seen Orse, the confluence area of Imja Khola and Pheriche Khola. The further you advance up, view becomes clearer and in whole set. Seeing even from distance and only with the summit view, people can recognize it for its shape and size and their inner human start to say “hey, what a nice snow summit! Possible to climb?” The answer is “Yes, possible; and Alpine Exodus is the pioneer outfitting company for this adventure.”
The beautiful base camp area of this peak is reached after Thugla Pass heading directly north, leaving the trail to Lobuche to the left. The BC area is situated at 4980m/16336ft and High Camp (HC) is fixed at 5430m/17813ft; both camps are good to have for this peak which is unlike to Island or Mera Peaks. The climbing route provides great adventure of mountaineering and amazing views of Mt. Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse and so on. After the summit, returning to BC and to Pheriche until late evening is a tiring job but possible.
